Terms
These terms cover buying and using Sightrep. By buying a key or using the app, you agree to them.
1. Your license
A one-time purchase gives you a personal license key that unlocks Sightrep on one phone at a time. Entering it on a new phone moves it there and locks the old one; a key can move 3 times in 30 days. Please don’t share, sell or post your key. A key that’s shared widely may be turned off.
2. Price and payment
Sightrep costs $35.50, one time: $30 plus $5.50 in payment fees, plus sales tax where it applies. Gumroad processes the payment as the seller of record. All sales are final, except where the law requires otherwise.
3. Safety
Using Sightrep means accepting the safety waiver, which the app shows before first use. Sightrep is a training and warm-up tool. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose or treat any condition.
4. The app
Sightrep is provided as is. We work to keep it running and improving, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors, and features may change. The app needs an internet connection at least once every 30 days to check your key.
5. The leaderboard
Keep names appropriate. We may rename or remove names and scores.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
